Macaron shells filled with an apple filling compote made from chunks of fresh green apples. We took it one step further and paired the filling with a gorgeous Biscoff Salted Caramel Buttercream, the strong smack of caramel and hints of cinnamon is a perfect pairing to it’s fruity counterpart.
